Many people think
a custom home means a design that is "customized to their
specifications". At Hopewell Homes we think a custom
home is even more than that.
The main difference between a truly "custom"
home and those offered by high volume production builders
is in the quality of materials, the craftsmanship of the workers,
and the architectural details of the home.
At Hopewell Homes, the building of your
home is personally supervised by Tim March,
owner and founder. Your satisfaction now, and in the future,
is our most important consideration.
Much of the structural materials and the
methods that we use exceed national building codes—and
are rarely used by production builders. Special attention
to concrete reinforcement, higher grade lumber, energy conservation
and proper ventilation are just a few examples of how we go
the extra mile.
Most of our talented craftsmen work almost
exclusively on custom homes. Their resumes include homes in
areas such as Indian Hill, Rivers Bend, and Heritage Club.
We use them because of the quality of their work—not
because they are the low bidder.
Additionally, we can work with your architect,
or recommend one, that will add detail and quality features
like high pitched roofs with hips or gables, redwood trimmed
porches, bay windows, volume ceilings, built-in woodwork,
custom mantles, interior columns, exquisite bathrooms and
whatever else your imagination and budget allows!
If you are a buyer looking for the quality,
details, and benefits of a custom built home—make sure
you get what you pay for—contact

"We
had been working with an architect for over a year with
little progress. Tim March of Hopewell Homes referred us
to another architect, and worked with us throughout the
design phase. In a matter of weeks our plans were completed.
Our home was built
with the attention to detail that we expected. After living
in our home,
I can honestly say that we would
not change a thing."
